Who we are

domusgrex.ltd is a Canadian multi-platform technology, media and business solutions company. This draft policy explains how the corporate website handles personal information. Each domusgrex.ltd platform maintains its own privacy practices, published with that platform.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect: your inquiry category, name, email address, organization (optional), message, your privacy consent choice, and the date and time of that consent. We also record the privacy-policy version shown to you and a non-identifying request fingerprint used only for spam analysis.

We do not collect payment details on this website, and we do not combine corporate website inquiries with accounts on any domusgrex.ltd platform.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, route platform support requests to the appropriate platform team, and protect the contact form from spam and abuse. Electronic messages are handled with CASL requirements in mind; you can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Retention and your rights

Inquiry records are retained only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping, then deleted or anonymized. Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial laws you may request access to, or correction or deletion of, your personal information.
